Evaluate
capacity carefully and leave provision for future growth. If you max out the system, then, you may end up buying a new unit.
Evaluate
required pressure at point of use. Be generous. Remember pressure can be reduced, but not increased.
Provide
end of loop return with valve, pressure guage, and rotameter. Maintain pressure differtial between supply and return.
Evaluate
the lowest temperature required, and then make sure your chiller can achieve that temperature.
Evaluate
pressure drop and size pump accordingly.
